  2. Press the Sealer: Close the lid and press down on both sides until you hear a click sound. indicating it's securely latched.
  3. Select Mode: Choose the appropriate mode based on the type of food you're preserving.
  4. Complete the Operation: After sealing. press both sides of the machine to unlock the latch and remove the sealed bag.
